RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@partyree.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Please include the return authorization number with your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at contact@partyree.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
